Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are subject to a 10% administration fee or USD $15 per order (whichever is higher).
No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, late arrivals, or no-shows.
Date changes may be requested free of charge if the booking is more than 48 hours from departure and subject to availability.
